Earin, the First Light
Earin formed reality from the void and breathed the Overgods into being. When he became flesh, he tried to command all creation into perfect obedience. His wrath scorched the heavens until the Overgods struck him down. His scattered body became the continents and mountains of Eaerin; he is now named dormant, dead, or waiting, according to the faith. His sigil is a black sun with a golden corona.
The Three Overgods
Aurelion, the Hand of Dawn, led the charge against Earin and now rules the Bright Expanse. Verris, the Voice of Depth, keeps fate and memory within the endless Deep Archive. Kaelith, the Heart of Flame, alone mourned Earin and remained near the mortal world while the others fashioned realms of their own.
The Twelve Undergods
The Undergods were formed from the Overgods’ will to manage the world’s order. They maintain vast temples, clerics and paladin orders. They bless, curse and empower mortals, but rarely intervene directly. Among them is Merynn, the Iron Dove, goddess of war, peace and redemption.
Lesser and parasitic gods
Not every divinity belongs to the ordered pantheon. Some were born from accidents of creation, mortal obsession or fragments of Earin’s body. The Celestial Fragments feed upon creation—including Korr the Blood Root, the living forest that drains those beneath its canopy. The Feral Divines embody primal hungers; the Fallen Kin are rebel servants; and the Forgotten Echoes survive wherever worship, fear or memory gives them shape.
